To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for return shipping and any associated fees. The choice of courier is up to the customer, but we recommend using the registered mail method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit, therefore we recommend that you return items by registered/tracked mail and retain proof of postage. Refunds or exchanges will not be made without proof of posting or tracking information.

Damage and problems
Please check your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the matter and make it right.
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), custom items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific product.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you already own, and once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day withdrawal period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your return has been approved or not. If your return is approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
