FEDEX/TNT - 5-7 business days
DPD - 1-2 business days in Poland; 2-4 business days within the European Union
InPost parcel lockers - 1-2 business days
InPost courier - 1-2 business daysPlease allow up to 2-5 business days for processing before orders are shipped from our warehouse.
During promotional campaigns, the shipping time of orders may be extended by an additional 3 business days due to the tailoring of products to order.
We do not ship packages to PO Boxes or APO/FPO.

All international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes. All taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order cost or shipping costs. More information can be found on your local customs website.

You can track your order using the tracking information provided in your shipping notification email or by logging into your perilla.pl account
If the shipping tracking link for an order shows no activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact customer service to investigate.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. Shipping will only be made to the address provided when placing the order.

We know carrier issues and delays may occur. It turns out that some carriers may scan a package as "Delivered" when it is still unavailable for delivery, and sometimes they will physically deliver the package within the next four business days.
After 4 business days, if your order shows as "Delivered" by the carrier and you still have not found your package and have checked the area around the delivery address, please contact customer service for assistance.
Please note that PERILLA is not responsible for lost packages marked as delivered. If you believe it has been incorrectly delivered, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. At this time we are not currently eligible for refunds or exchanges and require a new order to be placed with the refunded funds.

If you do not collect or refuse to accept the parcel , the return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the order to be refunded .
When a customer has placed an order for cash on delivery and has not collected the package, the seller has the right to block or cancel cash on delivery orders in the future.
